- 燙傷當下的處理，應謹記燙傷處理口訣「沖、脫、泡、蓋、送」，避免自行使用偏方，而延誤了重要的就醫時機。
- 食藥署提醒，燒燙傷時應依循正常醫療管道就醫，遵從醫囑，莫聽信誇大不實的謠言，也避免再次謠傳。
