目前專案核准之新冠病毒檢驗試劑，均需由醫療專業人員採檢操作使用，由民眾自行採檢使用之安全、有效性及檢測結果正確性均無法確認，不宜自行購買使用，應遵循中央流行疫情指揮中心發布之相關規範辦理。 二、已核准之新冠病毒檢驗試劑可否透過通訊交易通路販售？ 目前未開放新冠病毒檢驗試劑於通訊交易通路（如網路販售、電話訂購、Line或其他社群網站等）販售，違者處新台幣3萬元以上100萬元以下罰鍰。 |
